These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 444wim and users who access or use the platform available at 444wim.best and its subdomains, apps, and any other digital channels operated by 444wim in Brazil.
By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of 444wim — including slots, crash games, live casino, and Sports Betting on the Brasileirão, Copa Libertadores, UFC, and other events — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms, as well as all supplementary platform policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

444wim is a platform intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are located in a territory where access to online betting services is permitted.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Submitting false information or details belonging to a third party is sufficient grounds for immediate account closure, cancellation of pending bets, and retention of balances, as well as possible referral to the relevant authorities.
Single account: each individual may hold only one active account on 444wim. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits is considered a serious violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all access to your account. 444wim recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone — including family members. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, regardless of who performed it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party or that your credentials have been compromised, contact 444wim support immediately via the chat available on the platform or by email at suporte@444wim.best. 444wim accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of an account by third parties.
444wim complies with all legal obligations related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. The platform may request documentary proof of the source of funds at any time. Failure to comply with documentation requests may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
444wim accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:
The minimum deposit amount at 444wim is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain thresholds may require additional documentation to verify the source of funds, in accordance with the platform's internal policies and applicable regulatory obligations.
All payment methods used for deposits must be in the name of the 444wim account holder. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and may result in the balance being frozen and the account being closed. 444wim reserves the right to return amounts deposited via methods that do not match the account holder.
Note: 444wim does not charge fees on deposits made via Pix. For other methods, fees may be applied by the user's financial institution — not by 444wim.
To request a withdrawal on 444wim, go to the payments section of the platform, select your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. The fastest and most recommended method is Pix — Pix withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Before processing a first withdrawal, 444wim may request identity verification documents — a standard security procedure adopted by the platform. Successful verification is a prerequisite for releasing any withdrawal. 444wim aims to complete document verification within 48 hours of submission.
The minimum withdrawal at 444wim is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed. There is no fixed maximum for a single withdrawal, but large amounts may be subject to an additional security review before being released.
Withdrawals are processed preferentially through the same method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is technically not possible, 444wim may process the withdrawal via an alternative method, always to an account held in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
A bet is considered accepted only after electronic confirmation by the 444wim system, with the bet reference number displayed in the user's bet slip. Bets that are still processing and have not been confirmed are not considered valid. 444wim reserves the right to refuse or cancel bets that contain obvious odds errors or that result from a technical fault.
Odds displayed on 444wim are determined based on risk models and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to a bet are always those in effect at the moment the user confirms their selection. Bet outcomes are determined by the official score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific market terms.
If an event covered by 444wim is canceled before it starts, all bets placed will be refunded to the user's account balance. If the event is postponed and takes place within 36 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will generally remain valid. Events held outside that window will have bets canceled and stakes refunded. 444wim will follow the guidance of the relevant governing bodies — CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC — to determine the official result.
444wim offers live betting on major sporting events, including the Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, and UFC. Live odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments — such as VAR reviews, officiating reviews, or other occurrences that require market recalibration. Bets placed before a temporary suspension are honored at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
The minimum bet at 444wim is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by market, event, and user profile, and are calculated automatically by the system. For major Brasileirão and Libertadores events, limits tend to be higher. 444wim reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user at any time in accordance with its internal risk management policies.
Odds errors: in the event of an obvious odds error — odds substantially deviating from market value due to a technical fault — 444wim reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount, regardless of the outcome.
Bonuses and promotions offered by 444wim are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer, which are published on the corresponding promotion page. In general, bonuses are intended for users who have completed the identity verification process and who use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Bonus balance received at 444wim is subject to minimum wagering requirements (rollover) before it can be converted into real withdrawable funds. The minimum rollover, eligible markets, and validity period are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on low-risk markets — such as Asian handicap with a line close to zero — may not count toward rollover completion.
Any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing covered bets across different accounts, or any other behavior indicating improper use of promotions. Detection of such practices will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account closure.
444wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with notice published on the platform. Promotions already accepted by the user will be honored under the conditions in effect at the time of acceptance, except in cases of technical error or proven abuse.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and withdrawals, retention of available balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Confirmed fraud: in cases of proven fraud, 444wim may retain the funds held in the account and report the matter to the relevant Brazilian law enforcement and financial authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation.

You may request the closure of your 444wim account at any time by contacting support via chat or email. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any available balance will be returned to the account holder, provided there are no outstanding verification or investigation matters.
444wim reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time, in the following situations: breach of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete the identity verification process within the requested timeframe, or as required by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be withheld pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.
Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months — with no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal — may be classified as inactive by 444wim. The platform will notify the user at their registered email address before taking any action on the balance of inactive accounts, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
444wim is not liable for any financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. Betting is inherently risky, and the outcomes of sporting events — Brasileirão, Copa Libertadores, UFC, NBA, and others — are entirely independent of 444wim's will or actions.
444wim does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, 444wim will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible, but accepts no liability for lost bets or unrealized winnings resulting from technical issues.
The information and tips published in 444wim's analysis section are strictly informational and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of results. Users are solely and entirely responsible for the bets they place.
444wim's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance held in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the new conditions come into force.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
